Hairy wild creatures that have the legs of goats and torsos of men. They live in the woods of Eastern Europe. The Laskowice have a close relationship with the wolf and their main duty is to protect the wild animals of the forest. Their alternative name ‘Leschia’ derives from the old Slavic word for ‘forest’.
