A horned water serpent that can beam light out of its horns. The Otsitot people of North America tell a story of a person called Carcajou who mocked his tribe’s religious belief. One day he became transfixed on light shining from the horns of Little Manitou. He agreed never to make fun of his tribe again and in return he would always have a bottle full of drink and pipe full of tobacco.
